The request for booking a parking place is considered once in 7 to 10 days by the committee. The users whose address of residence is in proximity to the car park have advantage without a limit on a number of vehicles.
After the application is approved a prospective client is invited to sign a contract with JKP ‘Parking Servis’ office in Kraljice Natalije Street no. 13 (‘Zeleni Venac’ garage). There are situations in which the Company can be liable for damage caused to a vehicle parked in a garage, due to the employee’s fault, and in the case of certain circumstances (such as garage roof leak, or if the ramp drops on the vehicle . . . )
In this case the customer should contact the attendant on duty or the host of the garage who will inform the supervisor of the sector. After registering the damage, if there are reasonable grounds, the Company CEO Decision defines the compensation to the vehicle owner.
In garages and car parks in the very city centre there is no subscription for the period from 07.00 to 17.00 because our goal is that as many people as possible can park their vehicles for the period of 2 to 3 hours during the business hours. That would not be possible if there were subscription.
