The educational campaign ‘Pupils ask you – slow down by school’ has been carried out at the primary schools in Zvezdara municipality this week. The central event was held yesterday at ‘Jelena Ćetković’ primary school.
A new series of this educational campaign kicked off two days ago at Zvezdara primary schools and it has been planned that JKP ‘Parking Servis’ representatives and traffic police officers visit 13 primary schools.
During the campaign in Zvezdara municipality 1300 pupils will be given high-vis vests, whose size and design fit children’s age. The children will be given a lesson on traffic rules. Each first grade class will be presented with a CD with a topic of safety in traffic.
The campaign’s aim is that the concern for safety of children becomes a daily routine and wearing of high-vis vests turn into a practice which will become a second nature to school children.
