Paying with debit parking cards

With a view to improving the quality of our services JKP ‘Parking Servis' has introduced in 11 garages and car parks the possibility of paying with debit parking cards.

A debit parking card is a credit card, which makes it possible for customers to exit/enter a car park and to pay without waiting in a queue.

Prepaid kartice

The card has a certain amount and it can be topped up. When paying the for the parking services the cash is not used but the money deposited on the card. 

The upper limit on the card is 5000 dinars, and the card's expiry date is one year. For topping up by 5000 dinars a customer receives additional 10% of free credit and for topping up 3000 dinars 5% of free credit.

Topping up a debit card can be done only if  the amount on the card exceeds 0.00 dinars, and on paying stations which a located in garages "Obilićev venac", "Zeleni venac" and "Masarikova" and garages "Sava centar" and "Slavija 2". The maximum single amount by which a card can be topped up is 2000 dinars.

The amount of money is reduced every time a garage or a car park is used for a certain sum.

Ordering and distribution of debit parking cards is done from the attendants on premises where the debit card operates. Firstly, a customer signs a request for a card provided by the attendant and receives a copy and a form of a payment. When a card is paid for and when a receipt is shown a customer receives a debit card.

The customer is obliged to keep his card from any damage or loss: otherwise he pays for it.
