New parking tickets for disabled persons

New parking tickets for 2012 for disabled persons are being issued and unlike previous years they will be valid throughout the Republic of Serbia.

In order to get a parking ticket it is necessary that disabled persons, based on the findings of a competent doctor of the extension of their disability, obtain the Solution of Welfare Department
(Protection of war veterans and disabled persons section), which confirms their right to use free of charge specially marked parking places for disabled persons (for this year.)

Welfare Department opening hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 09.00 to 13.00. You can get the necessary information by calling the phone number 3227241 or by going to their premises in 27. Marta Street no. 43 - 45.

Welfare Department solution, two photographs the size of 3,5 x 3 cm (this size was the same for the old forms for an identity card), driving license and an identity card should be presented in ‘Parking Servis' customer service and  our customers will get a parking ticket for disabled person for the current year which is valid on the territory of Republic of Serbia.

Parking tickets for disabled persons are available at a few location:

  • ‘Parking Servis' customer service at Kraljice Marije
         Street no. 7 and Milesevska Street no. 51; on weekdays from 07.00 until
         21.15 and on Saturday from 07.00 until 14.30. Info telephone is

  • At Starine Novaka Street no. 22, Department of
         administrative affairs, on weekdays between 07.00 and 21.00 and on
         Saturday from 07.00 until 14.00.

Parking tickets have a few security features to prevent counterfeiting. The tickets are personalized and should be put on the right side of the front windshield on a conspicuous place.

The aim of introducing the unique parking ticket is to improve the quality of life for people with disabilities and equal rights for all drivers on the territory of Republic of Serbia.
