JKP ‘Parking Servis' launched the campaign ‘Pupils ask you - slow down by the school' in 2007. Every year JKP ‘Parking Servis' have given away high visibility vests to the first graders in order to be as visible as possible on their way from home to school and back. Over the last five years 75 000 pupils have got their vests. Eight hundred educational plays have been performed.
Within the campaign, JKP ‘Parking Servis' started introducing safety signalisation in the proximity of the primary schools in Belgrade. The following schools have had the safety signalisation installed: Sveti Sava" at Vračaru, „Ratko Mitrović" at Novi Beograd, Zmaj Jova Jovanović and Đura Daničić in Braće Jerković estate, "Sradarlija" in Stari grad and special primary school "Novi Beograd" for children with disabilities.
During the school year 2012 / 2012 twenty more primary schools in Belgrade will have the safety signalisation put up.
The aim of the campaign ‘Pupils ask you - slow down by the school' is that first graders in Belgrade primary schools acquire basic rules of safety on roads.
