Information, requests, claims and complaints



1.   PARKING PER COMMENCED HOUR  

-    for customers who are charged for parking before taking the car or on the way out of a garage   

2.    A WEEKLY PARKING (only ‘Aerodrom’ garage)

-   for customers who are charged for seven day single parking at the garage entrance (there is a possibility of parking for the periods of 14, 21, 28 … days)

3.    SUBSCRIPTION

- for customers who have signed the subscription contract with JKP ‘Parking Servis’

Procedure for making subscription contract

  • You can submit a request for making a subscription contract:
- personally in CUSTOMER SERVICE in Kraljice Marije 7 and Milesevska 51 Street, working hours Mon-Fri 07-21.15h, Sat 07-14.30h.
- on the telephone number 011/3035400
- by sending an e-mail to  info@parking-servis.co.rs or
- by filling in a form on JKP ‘Parking Servis’ internet site following the link Parking place lease
  • When considering requests the committee for assigning parking places, which has a meeting once a week, will give advantage to customers whose address is in close proximity to the garage   
  • Upon approval of a request a customer is invited on the phone to come to Subscription office to sign the contract with JKP ‘Parking Servis’ in Kraljice Natalije Street no. 13 tel. no. 361-1515 and 361-1516. When signing the contract the customer has to submit the photocopies of a driving licence and identity card for individuals and for legal entities a photocopy of a driving licence and information about the company (identification number, PIB, company head office, company giro account number).
  • If there are no free parking places for subscription a customer’s request is automatically registered on a waiting list, which is updated every three months. A customer is informed in writing that his request has not been approved.
  • JKP ‘Parking servis’ reserves the right to adjust assigned parking places in accordance with parameter analysis, which affects capacity usage.
