This division comprises two departments.
Development and Building of Premises Department is in charge of planning, projecting and preparing of technical documentation. It is also responsible for obtaining the papers from the authorized enterprises and institutions in order to get the Approval for building.
It is engaged in analysis of locations for new parking spaces and objects which are in accordance with the Belgrade General Urban Planning.
The Department participates in preparing tender documentation in line with the Company’s annual plan.
The department’s special engagement is in investment supervision in arranged deals.
For major interventions, the Department carries out the supervision over the interventions as well as preparing the specification for the intervention. These are large-scale interventions such as adaptations, overhauls, reconstructions and they are conducted by Premises Maintenance Department.
As our Company is a representative of Fast park (a system of prefab garages) in a few countries, this Department on behalf of the Company prepares the offers and participates in tenders on clients’ demands.
Premises Maintenance Department carries out current maintenance of premises in the Company.
Among other things, this Department offers services of marking the horizontal signalisation for other clients.
