Business complex 'Blok 53'



The Complex, which is enclosed by the border of technical – urban conditions, is situated in block 53 at New Belgrade between the traffic arteries T6 and 1-1.

 The following objects have been built inside this complex so far:

The following objects of different functions have been built on the building site no 2, area 67 000 m2:

  1. The entrance part with business premises , area 600 m2.
  2. Daily care service, 540 m2
  3. Car pool service, 1100 m2
  4. Customs warehouse, 1200 m2
  5. Restaurant, 300 m2
  6. Freight vehicles parking space, 8 437 m2
  7. Individual cars parking space, 924 m2
  8. Boiler house, 35 m2

Two new customs warehouses are being built of total area 1 458, 35 + 1594,36 m2, with two floors.

Blok 53

 The planned functions of the sites and objects

The following functions of the sites and objects have been planned:

  • traffic areas (access roads and parking places for cars and freight vehicles)
  • areas intended for the activities in which scope the following objects have been built: administrative and control buildings, vehicle maintenance services, warehouses (they include a new business object of 5000 m2, 2 warehouses of 2930 m2 currently under construction and 2 new warehouses of 3000 m2)
  • free areas (pedestrian and green) 

 

Blok 53

 

Preparing of the technical documentation for building a new business building is in progress at the moment. The new object will have area of 5000 m2, two floors and will fit harmoniously into the environment. The object will comprise offices, a modern express restaurant, conference hall and business premises for additional services.
