VEPP 'Zeleni venac'

The garage has the capacity of 316 parking spaces which are distributed over 12 semi levels, total capacity of 7930 m2. The garage has only one access.

The attraction of the location and financial justification offer the possibility of building an annex to the garage with a view to increasing the parking capacity and organising business premises and other facilities.

JKP ‘Parking servis’ board of directors has made a decision to start the procedure with the authorized state bodies in order to begin building an annex to the garage.

On 08.04.206. JKP ‘Parking servis’ with the help of The Association of Belgrade Architects invited architects to enter the competition for the Preliminary design of building annexes to the garage. The jury has unanimously chosen the design with the code number ‘65651’, by the team of architects Anja Ivana Milic, Djojdje Nedeljkovic and Aleksandar Nedeljkovic.

The winning design creates new 50 parking places and 1320 m2 business premises.

The annex will give the garage a completely new look along the main street and will fit perfectly with the newly built business building at the Terazijska terrace.

Preparing of technical documentation and obtaining of requirements are in progress at the moment.
