JKP ‘Parking Servis' is a general and exclusive representative of the standardized pre-fabricated system ‘Fast Park' for Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina and United Arab Emirates.

‘Fast Park' is an Italian patent and it is under protection of European Patent Office.

‘Fast Park' makes it possible to install one level on the flat surface and so double the capacity of car parks.

• "Viška" - by putting up ‘Fast Park 59 places are increased to 95
• "Kamenička" - 55 places are transformed into 95
• SO Čukarica - "Šumadijski trg" - 42 places are transformed into 79
• "Karađorđeva" - 30 places are transformed into 62.
• "Politika" - by erecting ‘Fast Park' 53 places are created
• "Simpo" - opening this car park at the location ‘Bus stop' near RK ‘Simpo' in cooperation with the ‘Simpo' company 132 parking places are created
• "Ada Ciganlija" - The biggest fast park in Belgrade with 1613 parking spaces.
• "Slavija 2" - Setting Fast Park system on the existing parking lot "Slavija 2" number of parking spaces has increased by 64, and has allowed parking for 130 vehicles.
• "Cvetkova pijaca"- the new Fast Park with 104 parking spaces for residents of that area of ​​Belgrade.

‘Fast Park' attractiveness lies in the following features of the system:

Durability

‘Fast Park' structure is made from ‘hot dip zinc-coated steel', which gives it high durability and resistance to external influences. ‘Fast Park' maintenace costs are negligible.

Speed of installation

Extremelly short installation period makes it possible to offer users ‘Fast Park' in real time, reducing blocking of traffic to minimum.

Dismantling

Due to its technical specification and structural elements ‘Fast Park' can be dismantled and reassembled on another site. It is possible to react promptly to meet the users' requirements without a need for the final solution. The examples are ‘Fast Park' ‘Tri lista duvana' which is again installed in Karadjordjeva Street and ‘Fast Park' ‘Rajiceva' which was reassembled in Kamenicka Street, in Belgrade.

Environmental integration

‘Fast Park' is an environmentaly friendly solution. Since threre are no fixed foundations influences on the soil are non existent. In addition, a large variety of structural elements enables ‘Fast Park' to be unobtursively fitted into environment.
