e-Parking system is now operating

03.08.2020.

In addition to launching a new E-parking system that enables parking control and payment, employees of 'Parking Servis' are starting to inform drivers and citizens about the new parking changes in the city of Belgrade. The driver, who fails to pay a parking ticket in the zoned areas, or exceeds a limited parking time, will not be getting anymore a daily parking ticket attached to a car's windshield, but electronic daily parking ticket (eDPT).

During the first month of operating, any driver who gets an electronic daily parking ticket (eDPT) will find a notice attached to a car's windshield regarding eDPT and will be able to pay it immediately via website www.parking-servis.co.rs. Any other driver, who has successfully paid parking, will get a notice on the new e-Parking system, attached to a car's windshield in the following seven days. As before, if the debt is settled within 8 days, drivers are entitled to a discount of 50%. Notice on issued parking ticket will be sent to the vehicle owners to their home address, including discount as well, but ‘Parking Servis’ appeals to citizens to use the form of contactless payments via Company’s website.

Beside the well known parking payment via SMS, the drivers will be also able to make a payment by purchasing an e-ticket at a Kisok, or very soon through the new parking App of ‘Parking Servis’.

The aim of transition from mechanical systems to electronic systems is to modernize and improve work of ‘Parking Servis’, since the City Administration and other utility companies are turning to digital technologies within the eGoverment in order to promote Belgrade as ’smart city’, in addition to the ecological concepts.
