About us

The core activities of Parking Servis are managing, exploitation and maintenance of public car parks and garages at 10 city municipalities. More than 34.000 parking places are in zone designated areas with appropriate regulations and fees, about 9.250 places are found in garages and car parks.

History

 

‘The Office for public garages and car parks Belgrade’ was founded in 1971 by Belgrade City Council, and today’s structure and the title Public Utility Company for public garages and car parks ‘Parking Servis’ Belgrade, was given in 1992.

 

 

 

Management and company organisation

Company’s governing bodies are the Superior Council and Manager of the Company. Superior Council carries its duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Article 37. of the Company’s Statute.

Superior Council consists of President Milivoje Ilić and two members, Jela Milenković and Nikola Krajnović.

Parking innovations and their implementation, keeping up with the world’s trends, environmental protection, setting standards, customers and employees satisfaction are Parking Servis’s business priorities.

The company is also developing software solutions within the ‘eParking’ concept, such as the automated parking control ‘Hawk’s eye’, a unique mobile app and an ‘electronic counter’ for contactless communication with clients.

 

 

Development projects

Competence of the Project bureau is planning, making preliminary designs and projects, preparing the technical documentation, also obtaining all necessary work to gaining Decision on construction approval. The Department analyzes possible locations for the construction of new parking spaces which are all in accordance with the General Urban Plan of the city. The Department participates in preparing tender documentation in line with the Company’s annual plan.
