Zoned parking payment at Vracar municipality

As from Monday 19.May, after 10-day trial period charging for services begins at a part of Vracar where zoned parking has been introduced. The price of parking is 26,50 din per a commenced hour. The citizens will be able to pay the parking by sending an SMS, buying the ticket at the kiosk and buying the electronic ticket from the parking attendant. The time limit for parking is 120 minutes.

JKP ‘Parking Servis’ has introduced on the 7 of May a zoned parking system i.e. yellow zone in 8 streets at Vracar: Prote Mateje, Alekse Nenadovica, Brace Nedica, Smiljaniceva, Kumanovska, Kneginje Zorke (from Mekenzijeve to Kralja Aleksandra Boulevard), Njegoseva (from Beogradska to Kneginjna Zorka) and Krunska (from Beogradske to Kneginje Zorke). 800 new parking places have been created.

During the trial period, which comes to an end on Saturday 17. May, parking attendants have issued tickets in a form of a notice, which the users didn’t have to pay. As from Monday the payment will be mandatory.

The citizens who live in one of the streets in a yellow zone can avail of privileged tickets on the JKP ‘Parking Servis’ premises in Starine Novaka Street 22. They should bring to inspection their ID’s and their vehicle traffic license.
