The Mayor of Belgrade and the director of Parking Servis visited the construction of the new Pinki garage

The Mayor of Belgrade, Aleksandar Šapić, and the director of PUC "Parking Servis" Belgrade, Andrija Čupković, visited the location in front of the "Pinki" hall in Zemun, where the construction of a new underground garage has begun.

The garage is being built on an area of 5,186 square meters and will have one underground floor for parking 150 vehicles, of which 8 parking spaces will be reserved for vehicles of persons with disabilities, and two parking spaces will be for electric vehicles. Cars will enter the garage from Gradski Park Street, while the exit will be in Nemanjina Street.

By the end of this calendar year, the plaza in front of the "Pinki" Hall should finally be rearranged, and parallel beneath it should be a functional garage which is necessary for this part of the city, with 150 parking spaces on over 5,000 m², announced the mayor of Belgrade, Aleksandar Šapić.
The Mayor announced that, practically as the construction of that garage finished, the construction of the garage in Skerlićeva Street with 368 parking spaces would begin.
– In the next seven days, the construction of the underground garage in Vlajkovićeva Street, done in cooperation with our Chinese partners, is to begin as well. The capacity of this garage is 284 parking spaces. The garage in Sonje Marinković Street in Zemun, with around 300 spaces, is also in the preparatory phase – announced Šapić.

The director of the PUC “Parking Servis”, Andrija Čupković, pointed out that, regarding the construction of the underground garage in Skerlićeva Street, the location requirements were expected to be obtained within the coming 15–20 days. The project is also in the final phase, and the obtaining of the construction permit is expected in the next several months.
