Statement of the complainant about being informed about the rights, obligations and responsibilities regarding the personal data protection

I hereby confirm that I have been informed by "Parking servis" Belgrade (The Company) about the rights, obligations and responsibilities regarding the personal data protection, in accordance with the provisions of the Law of Personal Data Protection and the Rulebook on The Personal Data Protection of The Company, through the General notifications for clients, business partners, users of services, persons who visit the website, i.e. official websites, as well as the Company Portal, service users who use mobile applications, job candidates, etc. (Notice No. 1), which is available on the official website www.parking-servis.co.rs, as well as in business premises of the Company.

The purpose of processing personal data when filing a complaint is to accomplish the right to file a complaint, record the complainants and issue a certificate of the reported complaint, in accordance with the obligations set forth in the Consumer Protection Act.

The legal basis for processing of personal data when submitting a complaint is respecting the Company's legal obligations as a controller, established by the Consumer Protection Act.
